个人简介：
Michael Honiball heads up the firm’s International Tax Practice and is an expert in international tax and transfer pricing. He has experience in cross border mergers and acquisitions, trust taxation, exchange control and setting up hedge funds and private equity funds offshore. Michael is the co-author of two tax textbooks and he is a Professor at the University of Johannesburg, where he lectures in tax law and transfer pricing. Michael completed BA and LLB degrees at Stellenbosch University, an LLM, a higher Diploma in Tax Law and a Corporate Law Diploma,at Rand Afrikaans University.
