毕业于北京大学法学院，硕士学历，18年多工作经验，曾就职于知名律所和500强，在公司法，外商投资、零售、快消领域、支持海外业务、投资建厂、大宗贸易国际贸易、并购、商标等有资深背景，对诉讼、政府事务、合规也有一定涉略。曾被同济大学邀请讲授国际贸易实务中的法务问题，目前聘为天津财经大学硕士校外导师、同济大学校外专家。做事高效，富有责任心。
