Mark Phillips is a partner in the Corporate Practice at Webber Wentzel. He specialises in mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, listings and de-listings, cross-border transactions, commercial negotiations and corporate restructurings. He has managed significant transactions both within South Africa and across the African continent. He has an established profile in the South African market. Before joining Webber Wentzel he was one of the founding directors of Read Hope Phillips, a boutique corporate and commercial law firm formed in 2003.
