Career
Mr Friedland has extensive experience in complex capital markets and M&A transactions. He also represents private equity funds and portfolio companies on markets such as Nasdaq, NYSE and the LSE. Chaim joined the firm as partner in 2006, after practicing as a Partner at another leading Israeli firm. Previously, he was an attorney in the corporate department of Weil, Weil, Gotshal & Manges (New York).
