Career
Partner since 1986, David Hodak has been a key player in the high-tech arena in Israel for the past 35 years. David advises clients on the structure of complex commercial transactions, public offerings of stocks and bonds, tax and finance, both in Israel and abroad. David advises governmental agencies with respect to privatization and debt financing. David also leads the GKH China practice and has excellent working relationships in China and Hong Kong.
