Practice Areas
Naida specialises in financial law, banking and financial services, financial restructurings and bankruptcy in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the SEE region. She also has extensive experience in corporate law and M&A transactions, and has advised numerous parties – financial institutions, governments/public authorities, sponsors, international corporations – in domestic and cross-border projects in the SEE region.
Personal
Naida studied at the University of Sarajevo, Faculty of Law and the Institute for Law and Finance at the Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main.
