Tim focuses on information technology, telecommunications and broadcasting matters, such as outsourcing, systems integration, cloud and payment system arrangements, and other complex contracting matters generally.
Tim also advises on a number of regulatory areas relating to these areas of practice, such as those relating to consumer law and privacy.
Tim is ranked as a leading technology lawyer by Chambers Asia Pacific 2018. Tim has also been recognised by Best Lawyers 2018 in four categories , and is recognised by PLC Which Lawyer as an outsourcing expert. He has qualifications in arts and law from the University of New South Wales.
