个人简介：
Ash has particular expertise assisting founders, growth companies and investors in the start-up and venture capital investment space, having recently advised Sky TV on its Series A investment in 90 Seconds (a capital raising led by Sequoia Capital). He also advises clients on a range of corporate governance issues, including shareholding arrangements and board matters.
In addition to his legal experience, Ash has considerable commercial experience having worked for a small venture capital fund and in his role as a director of a significant private investment entity. Ash was recognised in the NZ Lawyer Hot List in 2016 and is recommended and recognised by The Legal 500 Asia Pacific 2017.
