He advises principals and contractors in relation to all aspects of projects, including the drafting, tendering, negotiations, administration and dispute resolution associated of construction and infrastructure contracts. Will has worked on some of Australia’s largest energy and resource projects, including the construction of onshore and offshore LNG facilities, iron ore, nickel, gold, molybdenum, copper and mineral sands processing plants, power stations, port facilities and other associated infrastructure. Will has also advised on projects in Ghana, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Kenya, Brunei, Bangladesh, Vietnam, the United Kingdom and Brazil.
