胡杰律师是卓建律师事务所合伙人、资深律师，曾任法官十五年，律师执业十余年，专注企业法律服务、民商事诉讼的法律实务工作，擅长公司法、劳动法、国际贸易及对外投资等领域的业务，曾办理大量复杂重大诉讼案件，具有丰富实务经验。

Mr. Hu Jie is a partner and senior lawyer of ZhuoJian Law Firm. He has served as a judge for 15 years and has practiced as a lawyer for more than ten years. He focuses on corporate legal services, civil and commercial litigation and arbitration, and is good at company law, labor law, international trade and foreign investment and financing. He has handled a large number of complex and important litigation cases and has rich practical experience.
