He focuses on all aspects relating to contractual law for media and technology and has substantial experience in general commercial agreements in respect of development, outsourcing supply, maintenance and systems acquisitions. Peter regularly advises on the regulatory environment pertaining to telecommunications and broadcasting, as well as on agreements relevant to e-Commerce and on-line banking. He is involved in cross-border negotiations, telecommunications interconnection and facilities leasing. His expertise extends to defamation and copyright law pertinent to the media and entertainment industry.
