Hugh has specialised in Intellectual Property law for the past 32 years. He is the head of the Patent Litigation Department and specialises in patent, design, technical copyright and unlawful competition litigation. Hugh has extensive litigation experience in a broad spectrum of fields including the mechanical, mining, metallurgical, electrical, chemical and pharmaceutical fields.
