Herman has specialised in Intellectual Property law for the past 14 years. Herman deals with trade mark, copyright and unlawful competition litigation, including trade mark oppositions, trade mark and copyright infringement, domain name and company name objections, trade mark searches and prosecution.
Author of various articles and contributions to international publications, including Intellectual Property Magazine and Oxford University Press title Dean & Dyer- Introduction to Intellectual Property Law.
