Simon Brown is the Head of the Trade Mark Prosecution and Recordal Department, as well as Co-Chairperson of the Trade Mark Department at Adams & Adams. His practice focuses largely on clearance investigations, filing and prosecution of trade mark cases and trade mark portfolio management throughout Africa and internationally. Mr. Brown is responsible for the development of the firms’ Africa Practice and Chairs the Africa Strategy and Africa IP Committees. He is a contributing Author to the authoritative Adams & Adams Practical Guide to Intellectual Property in Africa, as well as the Practitioner’s Guide to Intellectual Property Law.
